Hurricane Matthew

Relief Efforts

In addition to our main mission, Fondation Max Cadet (FMC) organizes food, clothing and fundraising drives when natural disasters strike Haiti.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew in October 2016, we provided aid to our staff members, their families and communities. Some employees lost family, friends, homes and belongings.

The grandchildren of Dr. Max Cadet organized a relief effort. We distributed the donations to our affected staff members.

FMC employees helped their communities with food, water and clothing. They also helped in the vicinity of Port Salut, a city on the Southern Peninsula, which suffered serious devastations.

Our staff remains grateful to all the grandchildren for their help.
